In pursuit of continued excellence, the Caterpillar Masters Advanced training program (MAT) was completed between June 2nd to 5th 2014. The training was designed to cater to critical training needs of PSSRs, ISRs and parts counter sales employees. MAT 2014 had participation from 33 personnel. MAT was targeted to help increase product knowledge as well as in training them to help translate their understanding to product value while communicating with customers. Training session were conducted by experts from Caterpillar from around the globe.
