We ensure availability of applicable maintenance, wear and repair parts by the next business day.
If parts are not delivered within the committed timeframe, customers may receive up to ₹50,000 as part of our service commitment.*

Two-Day Repairs
For machines covered under a CVA with dealer service, our technicians work to complete common repairs within two business days from initial contact.
If repairs are not completed within the committed timeframe, customers may receive up to ₹50,000 as part of our service commitment.*
